It's never too early to learn manners. My Disney princess CD even has a song that teaches me about manners and etiquette!

Help
I almost forgot to tell you...my favorite phrase is "who's that?" Every picture I see, I point to and ask "who's that?" It's hilarious!

Water
At the end of this video, I sign "water"...and also say it - "wa-wa". Sure, I know it looks like I'm performing a Native American ritual, but in our house it means I'm thirsty for some water!
Notice how I almost succeed in throwing the cup on the floor. I'm famous for doing that these days!
Signing "Bath"
To correctly sign "bath", you use both hands, but I got lazy and only used one hand this time.

Meal time stuff
Signing/saying "more" at meal time.
Apparently choking is a laughing matter. :)

Signing Night Night
Here I am signing Night Night (aka Bed/Sleep/Sleepy) before my afternoon nap today. Mommy usually tries to keep me on a pretty exact sleep schedule but every once in a while, I sign to her that I want to go to bed, and even if it's a little before my nap time, she listens. It makes me so happy! Such good has come from teaching me sign language!
Oh, and please excuse the shaky video. Mommy was holding me, walking up the stairs and trying to film at the same time. :)

Come Bubba
Pay close attention to this video. I start to walk and then I turn around and yell for Bubba to follow me (because he usually does). It sounds like ""Buh". Then when Mommy says "Come on Bubba", watch how I slap my thigh. I learned that from watching Mommy do it once! Can you say sponge? In sign language, slapping one's thigh is the sign for dog, but we really use it when we want Bubba to come. And Bubba is a dog...so I guess you can say I know how to sign "dog"!

Signing
I have been signing for a few months now. Here is some video of me signing eat, more, and all done. Other signs we use are: milk, water, play, ball, book, bath, sleep, help, and dog (come here Bubba). It's been really beneficial for all of us. Mommy needs to look at the book for more signs to introduce!
