Addison at the neighbors

On one of my many excursions over to the neighbors house, I discovered the girls using sidewalk chalk. They let me take a stab at it and I showed everyone what a great artist I am. I wonder if the Easter Bunny knows that I would like some sidewalk chalk in my Easter basket?

Addison in Easter Bunny Land

Grandma and Grandpa F. took my cousin, Aaron, and I to see the Easter Bunny.

I was kind of scared of the Easter Bunny so Aaron held my hand so I would feel more comfortable.

It helped a little bit, but I still didn't really care for the furry guy.

The whole time I just kept thinking that I'd never seen a Bunny with a head so unproportional to it's body.

Aaron came over for breakfast the next day, too, and we were just being characters, as usual.

Addison at AHA!

In my Grandma and Grandpa's town, there is this cool little place called AHA! (the exclamation point is in the name). There are lots of things to do there, such as playing with musical instruments, building houses, playing grocery store, playing restaurant, playing on the stage with music, a microphone and dress up clothes, playing with sand, playing in tunnels, and playing with face paint.

You can also build with Lego's....

and my favorite...playing with water.

Right next to the water is a really cool instrument made from big pipes.

My second favorite thing was the mats. I played on them when I first got there and also after playing in the water, during which time I soaked my shirt (hence the nakedness)!

I also drew with dotters, markers and crayons. See, I wrote my name all by myself!
Fooled ya...Grandma wrote it. :)

I wish I lived right next door to AHA!. I would be there every minute of every day! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for buying season passes so you can take my cousin and I whenever we want!

Addison at the Farm

My first boyfriend neighbor and friend, Kiernan, has this great John Deere tractor that he drives around the cul-de-sac and in the empty lot next to us. I think he prefers to ride solo, but sometimes if I ask really nicely, he takes me along with him.

He usually gripes a bit when Mommy straps us in with a bungee cord, but Mommy says we have to protect the "precious cargo" on board.

Going for a ride and loooooving it!

Being dropped off...nothing but front door service for the little lady.

Running after Kiernan after he dropped me off.

Another ride in the wagon

These wagon rides will never get old, but I think it's fair to say the picture-taking has. Still, Mommy thinks they're cute.

Me and Rae in the wagon

Finally I was able to entertain a friend in my wagon! Rae came down for a bit today to play.

In true Addie-Rae fashion, we refused to smile on command.

I thought it was a lot of fun to push Rae around.

Checking my flowers before breakfast

How can a girl eat without first checking on her most prized possession at the present moment?

I just can't get enough of my wagon

But I definitely had enough of my hat....

Happy St. Patrick's Day

I had a great St. Patrick's Day. I played outside almost all day! I love spring! Okay, it's not officially spring until Friday but Mother Nature can't give us 70 degree weather and not expect me to think it's already here.

I love playing with my truck.

Call me crazy, but doesn't my hair look red in this picture? A true Irish girl!

I have a major responsibility now...tending to my flowers. We are making sure they get lots of sun and I love watering them.

Tending to the flowers.

My job here is done.

But there's no rule that states I can't still play with my gardening tools, is there?

Just hamming it up for Mommy.

I love trucks, but man do I also love my purses and bags.

First wagon ride

Aunt Julie/Uncle Josh/Cousin Noah and Aunt Beth/Uncle Matt got this wagon for me for my birthday. When Mommy and Daddy came home from Hawaii, Daddy put it together. I love it so much. I can't wait to have one of my friends or cousins join me for a ride. I mean, Bubba is a great riding partner...but well, don't tell him this, but...he's a dog. :)
