It took a couple days to get evidence of one of our sweet little friends feeding (those rascals are quite skittish and quickly fly away at the sight of Mommy approaching with her big black camera lens), but finally today, Mommy got it! It's not a great picture because it's been taken through a window screen and not quite the "garden view" that Mommy was hoping for, but how incredible is it to know that this little guy now relies on us for his nourishment!?! We think it's pretty awesome!

Addison, your Gammy is very wise. We encountered the same problem with ours! Joe ended up hanging it way away from the house hoping it would help. I am going to tie something red on it first thing in the AM!! We played the waiting and bird calling game as well, to no avail...
Addison, Wait until you come visit Aunt Ri's house. She has a bird feeder that is in the tree that luckily came with the house. :)
